Daily Diet Menu To Stay Healthy

Breakfast - A slice of bread, meal and 4 apricot.
Lunch - 100g white fish fillets on the grill, as a side dish - 2 boiled potatoes. For dessert, 4-5 apricots.

Afternoon tea - 5-6 apricots.
Dinner - Salad of chopped cabbage and carrots, peeled sunflower seeds, seasoned with lemon juice and 1.5 tbsp olive oil. For dessert - 4 apricot.

Next Day

Lunch - Big and hearty salad of tomato, 50 g low-fat grated cheese, a few olives and chopped onion feathers. As filling - basil with olive oil. For dessert - 4-5 apricots.

Dinner - Apricots with a slice of bread.

Afternoon tea 3-4 apricot.
